General Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GTC

Any order placed on the website www.bombshellriridesign.com is only accepted after unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. Bombshell'Riri Design reserves the right to modify or adapt these general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of modifications, they will apply to all orders according to the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of the order.

 

ARTICLE 2: ORDER

Any order placed with Bombshell'Riri Design will be subject to acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

 

ARTICLE 3: PRICE

All prices displayed on our price lists are in euros and include taxes (except for websites). We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

 

ARTICLE 4: SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Bombshell'Riri Design's shipping times are one to two weeks. However, it is possible to obtain delivery within 48 hours. A supplement of €20 will be requested depending on the product. Article 1141-1 of the French Consumer Code provides for a possible request to cancel the sale under the conditions provided in the event of an unjustified delivery deadline being exceeded and for a refund of half of the amount already paid.

 

ARTICLE 6: METHOD OF PAYMENT:

We only accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer (PayLib). Additionally, for our customers abroad,

Western Union is allowed.

 

ARTICLE 7: RETURN AND REFUND:

We do not make any returns or refunds once the project has started or been validated.

 

ARTICLE 8: DISPUTE

Our contractual relations are exclusively subject to French law.

 

Article 1103 of the Civil Code

Legally formed contracts are binding on those who make them.

Once the deposit has been paid, the work will be completed according to the agreed specifications. After the design has been finalized and approved by you, the remaining balance must be paid within 15 days. Failure to pay within this period will result in the contract being considered canceled. However, you will have the option to repurchase the design at the original agreed price.
